Anymight builds software for small businesses.
We design and operate B2B software-as-a-service products for small businesses. Each product covers one job end to end, for teams without an IT department.
About the company
Anymight is a software company. We develop, host, and maintain subscription-based web applications used by small businesses to run their daily operations. All products are developed in-house and delivered over the internet as a hosted service.

Terms of service
These terms govern use of the software services operated by Anymight.
Service
Anymight provides access to its software on a subscription basis. Access is granted to the subscribing business and the user accounts it creates. The service is provided as hosted software; no software is transferred to the customer.
Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for the accuracy of the data they enter, for keeping account credentials confidential, and for ensuring their use of the service complies with the laws that apply to their business.
Acceptable use
The service may not be used to store unlawful content, to attempt unauthorised access to systems or other customers' data, or in any way that disrupts the service for others.
Subscriptions and cancellation
Subscriptions run for the term selected at sign-up and renew automatically unless cancelled. Customers may cancel at any time; the service remains available until the end of the paid term.
Availability
Anymight aims to keep its services continuously available but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where practical.
Intellectual property
All software, designs, and documentation remain the property of Anymight. Customer data remains the property of the customer.
Liability
The service is provided without warranty beyond what applicable law requires. Anymight is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service.
Changes
These terms may be updated. Material changes are communicated to active customers before they take effect.

Privacy policy
This policy explains what personal data Anymight processes and why.
Data we process
- Account data: name, business name, and login credentials of users who sign up.
- Customer content: records our customers enter into the software, which may include personal data about their own members.
- Technical data: log records such as IP address, browser type, and timestamps, used to operate and secure the service.
Why we process it
To provide the service, to secure it against abuse, to support customers, and to meet legal and accounting obligations.
Our role
For account data, Anymight acts as data controller. For customer content, the customer is the controller and Anymight acts as processor, handling the data only as instructed by the customer.
Sharing
Personal data is not sold. It is shared only with the service providers needed to run the software, such as hosting and payment providers, and only to the extent required.
Retention
Customer content is retained for the life of the subscription and deleted on request after the subscription ends, subject to legal retention periods.
Your rights
Individuals may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data. Requests concerning data held inside a customer's account are directed to that customer as controller.
Security
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored on access-controlled infrastructure. Access by staff is limited to what is necessary to operate and support the service.
